No, you only have to do this the first time the map is loaded. After a successful calibration, the info is stored into a file. The next time you import the same map, it is already displayed correctly.
In case you need to re-calibrate a map, right-click on the map in the "Project" view, and select the "Calibration Info" item. By clicking the reset button, the calibration info will deleted.
