Not all waypoint properties which can be set in our software are also supported by the GPX format. For instance, proximity distance, text fore- and background and display mode are not supported.
When you save all waypoints together with your project, all waypoint attributes will be preserved. You might also want to try to save the waypoints in OziExplorer or Garmin GDB format.
