List of supported GPS devices - realtime navigation

To use the Eye4Software Gps Mapping Software for realtime navigation and positioning, almost any GPS device around can be used. At this moment we support both NMEA-0183 and Garmin PVT protocols to retrieve positioning data from GPS devices. The NMEA-0183 protocol is supported by 99 percent of todays GPS devices, Garmin PVT is supported on all Garmin Devices equiped with an USB or Serial RS232 port.

However, when uploading or downloading track, route or waypoint information from or to a GPS device, almost every brand uses their own propietary protocol. The list below lists all GPS devices which are supported by the software to perform such up and downloads.
